Apex Studio
Privacy policy

Privacy, without the fine-print fog.

This policy explains what Apex Studio LLC collects, why we need it, how it supports your project, and the choices available to you.

Effective July 25, 2026

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide and limited technical information needed to operate our website and services.

  • Contact and business details, including your name, work email, brand, website, and project information.
  • Onboarding materials, including product information, campaign priorities, customer insights, competitor references, brand assets, uploaded files, and shared-folder links.
  • Transaction details, such as package, payment status, checkout email, invoice information, and Stripe customer or session identifiers. We do not receive or store your full card number.
  • Basic device, browser, referral, page-interaction, and security data when our hosting or analytics tools collect it. Website forms use a short-lived hashed request fingerprint for abuse prevention; we do not intentionally store the raw address in that fingerprint.

How we use information

  • Review inquiries, qualify project fit, and recommend an appropriate scope.
  • Process orders, match payments to onboarding briefs, and provide creative services.
  • Communicate about projects, billing, support, delivery, and service updates.
  • Protect our website and workflows from abuse, fraud, and technical failures.
  • Understand how visitors use the website so we can improve navigation, messaging, accessibility, and conversion paths.

Microsoft Clarity, heatmaps, and session replay

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use and interact with this website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and privacy-protected session replays. Clarity may capture public page content, page visits, clicks or taps, scrolling, navigation patterns, browser and device information, and similar usage data. We use this information for site optimization, accessibility, security, and service improvement, not to sell personal information.

Clarity is configured so normal public page content and imagery can be reconstructed accurately while all public lead, support, and onboarding forms are explicitly masked. Microsoft also masks input fields and dropdowns, and form entries are not intended to appear in recordings. Clarity receives a denied consent signal and operates in Microsoft's limited no-consent mode without persistent Clarity cookies.

Microsoft processes Clarity data under its own terms. Learn more in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Service providers and sharing

We do not sell personal information. We use service providers only where reasonably necessary to operate the website and deliver services. These may include website hosting and forms, Microsoft Clarity analytics, email and workspace tools, customer-record systems, file storage, payment processing through Stripe, and production tools used to create and deliver approved work.

Providers receive only the information needed for their role and process it under their own agreements and privacy terms. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Client files and creative materials

Materials shared for a project may include product images, brand guidelines, customer research, advertising references, internal documents, or links to third-party folders. We use those materials only to evaluate, produce, communicate about, and deliver the requested work unless you separately authorize another use.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share submitted materials. We do not intentionally publish confidential client materials without approval.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry, project, transaction, and support information only as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, records, dispute prevention, security, and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and provider.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Please do not submit passwords, full card numbers, government identifiers, health information, or other unnecessary sensitive data through website forms.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about how personal data is used.

To make a privacy request, email hello@apexstudiocreative.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Children

Apex Studio provides business-to-business creative services and does not target this website or its services to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
