Apex Studio
Refund & cancellation policy

Know where you stand before work starts.

Our work is custom and capacity-based. This policy explains cancellation, renewals, revisions, and billing corrections.

Effective August 22, 2026

Before work starts

If you purchased the $750 Validation Sprint, the $900 AI UGC Pilot, or another one-time service and Apex has not started research, planning, scripting, concept development, design, generation, or editing, you may request cancellation and a refund.

Once custom work starts, payments are generally non-refundable because production time and creative capacity have been committed.

Monthly packages

Static Growth System ($1,800 per month), Static Scale System ($3,600 per month), AI UGC Growth ($2,400 per month), AI Creative Scale ($4,800 per month), Social Foundation ($1,000 per month), Organic Growth ($1,800 per month), Brand Engine ($3,200 per month), and Integrated Creative System ($5,500 per month) are month to month unless a signed custom scope states otherwise. You may cancel before the next billing date through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting Apex. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

The Integrated Creative System’s monthly creative mix is confirmed during onboarding and follows the same cancellation terms as the other monthly packages.

Current or completed billing periods are not refundable. Unused monthly capacity does not create a cash credit and does not roll over unless Apex agrees otherwise in writing.

Custom engagements

Custom engagements follow the deposit, cancellation, milestone, and refund terms in the signed proposal or written scope.

If a custom scope does not contain separate cancellation terms, work completed and capacity reserved through the cancellation date remain payable.

Revisions are the first remedy

If delivered work misses the approved brief, contact Apex within seven calendar days and provide one consolidated set of feedback. Apex will first use the revision rounds included in the package to correct work within the agreed direction.

A request for an entirely new concept, product, audience, script, creator direction, or production approach is a scope change rather than a correction and may require a separate fee.

If Apex cannot deliver

If Apex cannot provide the paid service and the parties cannot agree on a replacement delivery date or equivalent scope, Apex will refund the undelivered portion of the affected service.

A delay caused by missing client assets, late feedback, changed requirements, platform outages, or circumstances outside Apex’s reasonable control does not automatically create a refund right.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you believe a charge was duplicated or processed incorrectly, contact Apex promptly with the checkout email, charge date, amount, and the last four digits shown on the payment record. Verified billing errors will be corrected or refunded.

Do not send full card numbers, passwords, or account credentials through the website form.

What is not refundable

Unless required by law or agreed in writing, refunds are not provided for completed work, approved deliverables, used or unused capacity in a paid billing period, third-party production costs already incurred, client delays, changed preferences after approval, advertising-platform rejection, or campaign performance.

Apex does not guarantee conversions, revenue, return on ad spend, platform approval, or any particular commercial result.

How to request help

Use the refund and billing contact form before the next renewal whenever possible. Include the purchasing email, package name, charge date, and a concise explanation.

Apex will review the request against this policy, the checkout description, and any applicable written scope.
